Responsibilities

【変更の範囲：当社業務全般】

• 内部規則と決定権限マトリックスの管理（これらの改訂、CM＆Iの内部承認プロセスの管理）
• CM＆I契約プロセスの管理とサポート
• 情報セキュリティ管理者（CM＆I内での情報セキュリティのルール／プロセスの推進、IT関連アプリケーションの承認、IT関連の調査／チェックの管理）
• その他の管理業務（ERM、貿易管理、文書管理、監査など）
• 外部市場データ／レポートの購入と内部ウェブサイトの管理（外部市場レポートの問い合わせ対応、レポートの購入に関する議論／決定のサポート、ウェブサイト情報の更新）
• 年次事業計画の準備、四半期ごとの進捗管理、執行委員会会議など、TDK経営陣へのその他のレポートの準備
• BA＆Pの総務部長を特別プロジェクトでサポートする
• CM＆I主要イベントの組織／スケジュール管理

Requirements

• 職務内容と同等の業務経験が3～5年あること
• 類似の業界（電子機器、製造、研究開発）における幅広い知識
• マーケティングや管理の経験
• 国内や海外への出張が可能な方
• 経営管理学または類似の学問分野での学位
• 幅広い人々（さまざまな部署、異なる役職、グローバル）とコミュニケーションを取るための良いコミュニケーションスキル
• 細部に注意を払い、複数のタスクを同時に処理し、問題なく進行することを確認する能力
