Responsibilities

• （40%）Globalの仕組みを中心としたデリバリーセンターの基幹システム運用、問い合わせ対応（国内外）
• （20%）Global施策、デリバリーセンター施策に沿ったビジネスプロセス及びシステム変更に関するChange Management（補佐）
• （20%）ビジネス要求実装の為の各Global・国内チームとのコミュニケーション及び交渉
• （15%）ベンダーマネージメント
• （5%）運営体制、運営ルール、情報管理基盤、モニタリングプロセスの実装・標準化・継続的改善

Requirements

必須条件：

• システム開発経験5年以上
• 英語を使用したメールでのコミュニケーションができる方

• システム導入・運用プロジェクト参画経験
• ベンダーマネジメント
• IT・コンサル業界・事業会社におけるPM/PL経験
• 業務改革・新規立ち上げ・オペレーション改善プロジェクトでのPM/PL経験
• 組織横断的なプロジェクトでのPM/PL経験
