Responsibilities

■業務内容：

同社サステナビリティ推進部門における統括係長候補としてのご経験やスキルに応じて下記業務を徐々にお任せ致します。

 

【具体的な業務内容】

• サステナビリティに係る国内外の新規開示規則・法令・制度の動向把握と、これを踏まえた開示媒体の企画・制作、開示（統合報告書、ESGデータブックなど）
• 適正評価獲得に向けたESG/サステナビリティ評価機関や、当社グループ取引先からのアセスメント対応および、機関投資家等とのエンゲージメント
• 上記を通じた同社経営課題の抽出と、経営基盤強化に向けた企画

【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

 

Requirements

■必須条件：

１．サステナビリティ、ESG推進業務経験　通算３年以上

→事業会社、コンサルティング会社、監査法人等でサステナビリティ推進に係る業務経験・知識を有すること

２．海外の開示規制・制度に適時適切に対応するための英語コミュニケーション能力

→規則・制度に関する文書読解、社内外に正しく伝達させる開示媒体の作成、会話力を有すること

• 業務遂行のリーダー経験　
• 広報・IR・環境・経営企画部門の経験
• サステナビリティ情報開示媒体の企画・制作業務の経験
