Responsibilities

コーポレートマーケティング＆インキュベーション本部（以下、CM&I）にて、以下業務をお任せいたします。

■業務内容：

社内規程・決裁マトリックスの管理（改訂、CM&I社内稟議プロセスの管理）

CM&I契約プロセスの管理とサポート

情報セキュリティ管理者（CM&Iにおける情報セキュリティルール・プロセスの推進、IT関連申請の承認、IT関連の調査・確認業務）

その他事務業務（ERM、貿易管理、文書管理、監査等）

外部市場データ・レポートの購入手配および社内ウェブサイトの管理（外部市場レポートに関するお問い合わせへの対応、レポート購入に関する議論・決定のサポート、当社ウェブサイト情報の更新）

年間事業計画の作成、四半期ごとの進捗管理、役員会議等の同社経営陣への報告

リクエストに応じて特別プロジェクトで BA&Pゼネラルマネージャーをサポートする

CM&I主要イベントの企画・運営

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 職務内容欄に記載内容と同等の経験（3～5年）
• 同様の業界に関する幅広い知識 (エレクトロニクス、製造、研究開発)
• マーケティング／管理の経験
• 経営管理学または同等の分野の学位

＜スキル・資格＞

• 英語スキル・日本語スキル（ビジネスレベル）
• 様々な部署、役職、グローバルとのコミュニケーションスキル
• Microsoft Office使用スキル
