Responsibilities

• 年間KPIとPR戦略の策定
• 上記に基づく、PRプラン立案・実行管理
• PR代行会社の管理
• メディアとの関係構築（記事校正、取材交渉・対応、キャラバンなど）
• プレスリリース / 商品説明作成
• スポーツマーケティングチームやリテールチームと連携した取材、イベント対応
• 企業PRによる採用力強化への貢献
• メディア露出分析、レポート
• 関連予算策定、進捗管理
• インフルエンサーを起用したPR戦略の立案、実行
• インフルエンサーとの関係構築、選定
• インフルエンサー関連活動のレポート
• スタッフマネージメント、育成

Requirements

必須条件：

• 目的に沿った適切なKPI設計とPR戦略立案、実行の業務経験
• ファッション、スポーツ、FMCG業界などにおけるマーケティング、PR業務経験
• 当該マーケットに知見、ネットワークがあること
• プロジェクトマネジメント力、管理力、事務処理能力が高いこと
• 高いライティング力とストーリーテリング力
• 各種ソーシャルメディアの活用経験
• ピープルマネジメント経験

歓迎条件：

• 英語力
• Adobe IllustratorやPhotoshopのスキル
