Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Technical Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the project's technical scenario, including planning and system delivery interactions across Software, Mechatronics, and System Validation sub-projects.
  • Lead the Releases Definition Boards to define content for each System Release.
  • Manage technical issues and risks across sub-projects, ensuring resolution through structured problem management processes.
  • Provide regular reporting on traceability and system performance against plans.
• System Sub-project Leader Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage System sub-project setup and resource allocation.
  • Drive change management activities and conduct reviews based on System Metier recommendations.
  • Monitor progress and financials of System sub-projects.
  • Collaborate on process improvement and compliance activities, ensuring tool and environment alignment with project requirements.

Requirements

• 自動車製品開発分野での経験
• 組込みシステムとシステム/SWにおける強固な知識
• 電子デバイスの基礎的な理解
• クラウド技術、テレマティクスアーキテクチャ、およびデータハンドリングの知識
• 問題やステークホルダー（内部、顧客、サプライヤー）の期待を理解する能力
• システムエンジニアリング、要件エンジニアリング、およびテスト経験
• 強力な分析力、原因究明分析、問題解決能力
• 強力なコミュニケーション/レポート能力と基本的な品質知識（FTA、石川図法）
• 英語　ビジネスレベル必須
• 日本語　ビジネスレベル必須
