Responsibilities

■業務概要：
同社グループのリーダー（スーパバイザー）として、フィールドエンジニアの管理、監督をご担当いただきます。
【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

■具体的な業務内容：

• 細胞培養液自動分析機器のデータサポート、機器立上げ時のCell Density and Viabilityや自動サンプラーの調整、機器接続と連携業務
• 機器採用施設でユーザーへの操作やメンテナンのストレーニング
• 説明書などの機器資料の和訳確認
• フィールドエンジニアのサポート
• 米国本社およびAPACチームとの連携
• 必要に応じたオンサイトサポートの提供
• 発生した問題に対して情報の収集、本社やAPACへの報告、対応策についての協議
• お客様からの問い合わせ対応

※ユーザー…主に製薬工場、研究機関（官民）、CMO/CRO等
※担当エリア…日本全国

Requirements

■必須条件：

• GMP規制および検証サービス(IQOQ)についての知識
• ラボアプリケーションでの経験とラボデータの統計分析による能力
• 電気機械ハードウェア装置に対する強い適性
• 英語でのメールのやり取りができる能力、英文の読解力
• プレゼンテーションスキル

■歓迎条件：

• セルカウンターの知識
•  GMP施設におけるIQOQ等の経験
• グループリーダーの経験
• 英語での会話スキル
