Responsibilities

• 大規模案件におけるソーシング業務
• 最適取引先選定、新規取引先開拓、取引契約への条件反映
• 営業、本社関連部門、各事業所部門との連携による各商材取引条件の最適化
• 社内調達業務（プロセス・仕組み）における品質向上、効率化等の改善、啓蒙活動

 

Requirements

• 調達、購買業務に関するスキルと知識
• 取引先と価格条件交渉に従事した経験
• 間接材各商材の業界動向、関連法規・制度に対する理解と知識
• 購買規程やコンプライアンスを遵守した業務の実践と推進
• コスト最適化に関連する活動実績、もしくはVE/CDに関する提案経験
• プロアクティブに企画立案、交渉、遂行、完遂できる能力
• 間接材全般ソーシング実務経験（特に高額案件の市場分析～交渉実績）
• TOEIC 600点以上 (ビジネス英語) 海外関係者とのビジネスコミュニケーション、英語を使用して交渉します
• 大卒以上
• 業界は不問

調達経験がない場合でも以下の専門性があり、取引先と連携して進めてきた経験がある方であれば応募可能です:

• IT領域（インフラ構築、ソフト開発、情報セキュリティ等）
• 物流領域（国内、海外輸送、保管等）

• 組織、人的マネジメント経験
• CPP (Certified Procurement Professional)
• SAPAribaでの業務やソーシングモジュールの活用経験
• IT・物流業務に特化した業務経験
