We are a Japanese power tool manufacturer and a leading company in the industry. Our products are particularly excellent in the fields of high-speed rotation, electronic control, and precision machining, and our technological capabilities are recognized as world-class. We were once part of a major corporate group, but we became independent in 2017 and were acquired by an American investment company. Our main business is the manufacturing of power tools, but we also had a period when we manufactured life science equipment, demonstrating our solid technological expertise. Currently, we have transferred this life science equipment division to a German company and have solidified our commitment to focusing on the power tool business.

Responsibilities

• 同社全体におけるデマンドマネジメントの統括。市場ニーズを分析し、戦略的なプランを策定し、製品やサービスの需要を最大化するための戦略を実行頂きます。
• 世界中のマーケティングおよびセールスと協力し、市場分析を通じた需要予測の作成
• データ駆動型の意思決定を行い、市場動向や競合状況を把握した戦略の策定と実行
• 製品ライフサイクルを管理し、製品の需要と供給をバランスさせるための戦略の策定と実行
• 顧客ニーズと市場動向に基づいて新製品開発プランへの関与

Requirements

• グローバルに展開する製造業でのS&OP、PSI関連のご経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力。※スコアより実践力を重視。
• メンバーマネジメント、または育成のご経験。
