Responsibilities

• 同社グループのGen-AI技術導入・応用における中核リーダーとして課題創出、分析、解決のリード。
• Gen-AI技術を応用したビジネスケースの企画、計画立案・活用。
• Gen-AI技術を応用することによる、データ活用の業務スコープの拡大。
• Gen-AI技術の活用による課題解決のけん引。
• Vendor企業との提携、協業。

Requirements

経験・スキル <必須>

• データサイエンティストおよびプログラミングのスキル：課題理解、データ分析・解析、結果の解釈、ステークホルダーにわかりやすく説明するコミュニケーション能力
• AI/ML, Gen-AI応用に関するビジネス経験（業務課題をAIで解くアプローチを実行した経験がある）
• グループマネジメントの経験およびスキル
• データマネジメントの経験

望ましい

• ゼロベースで業務を探し、サービスを作る、立ち上げる、立て直す経験。「先頭に立って」リードする勇気がある。
• 海外のメンバーと交渉し、合意形成のできるスキル。
• 時代に先駆けとなる先端的な案件やアイデアを実現化/実装する、アグレッシブな姿勢。
