Responsibilities

■職務内容：

• 大手証券会社様（クレジット会社様）の事業高度化に向けた顧客アカウントSEを募集します。
• 当社提供の膨大なインフラ基盤に対し、私たち「証券（クレジット）アカウント」は先端・基盤技術でお客様を支えています。
• お客様である証券会社様（クレジット会社様）の情報システム部門（主にインフラ担当部門）と共に伴走し、発生する様々なIT企画（運用自動化、DevOPS、ハイブリッドクラウド統合管理　他）の推進や実行をサポートして頂きます。
• 各種案件を顧客アカウントSEの立場でご担当頂き「お客様の業務の遂行を支援」するとともに、当社の「証券会社様（クレジット会社様）向けビジネスの拡大」へ寄与頂きます。

【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

■個人に期待する役割やミッション：

• 担当アカウントの開発プロジェクト並びに保守開発をリードして頂きます。
• デリバリーとして小規模システムのリーダから、中～大規模PJの一部業務リーダのポジションを想定
• PJの進捗管理及び課題解決、顧客対応といったアカウントに寄り添ったポジションでのリーダ業務を実践
• 組織目標としてグローバル人材を活用したPJ開発を、一緒に考えながら実践

Requirements

■必須条件：

• SE経験3年以上
• キーマンとなる顧客との折衝／共業経験があること
• インフラ基盤導入に関するプロジェクトのリーダー経験、構築・見積・提案の経験
• インフラ構築（Windows、linux、vmware、データベース、ストレージ、ネットワークなど）の経験
• インフラ運用の基礎知識、インフラ観点でのバックアップ／DR構築に関する基礎知識
