Responsibilities

• 開発プロセスおよび品質要求を理解した上で品質を確保しながらも効率的且つ俊敏な品質確認プロセスの実現、運用
• サービス品質KPI監視、品質へのフィードバックサイクルの改善
• 品質問題の分析、課題の特定、事業部/事業所への業務プロセス改善提案、再発/未然防止活動

Requirements

• クラウドサービスの開発や品質保証の経験
