Responsibilities

• 事業予算の策定
• 予実管理と差異要因/変動要因分析
• 分析結果に基づき、改善策の提案・実行
• KPIマネジメント（BIツールを使用）
• 事業横断プロジェクトのPMO
• 重要会議体資料の作成

Requirements

• 管理会計の実務経験3年以上
• あらゆるタイプのメンバーと円滑に業務遂行するためのコミュニケーションスキル
• 組織のマネジメント経験（規模不問）
• ビジネスレベルのOAスキル（e-mail、Excelの関数利用 等）
