Responsibilities

• Electrical design of RC relating areas.
• Communicate with FEMS, manage HVM tool production.
• Instruct new HW and RFK assembly for FEMS.
• Make new HW evaluation plan, instruct the installation on and actual works on the tool.
• Summarize technical data and make good presentation.
• Work with customers as an EIC of HW issues.
• Analysis and simulations of technical issues
• Make or revise procedures for RFK installation and manufacturing assembly.

Requirements

• Experiences of simulation tools (Ansys)
• Over 10year working experience on semiconductor tools
• The ability to quickly comprehend the essence of the problem
• A positive and aggressive attitude to work against difficult problems
• Experiences of working for troubleshooting under escalation status
• The ability to lead small projects (electrical, mechanical, testing) and achieve project goals.
• Good oral and written communication skills to work with colleagues and customers globally
• The ability to understand the whole system and how one change can affect the system
• The ability to create procedures and processes
• Understanding of differences in each local requirements and regulations
• English communication skill 
• Bachelor or further degree of university science course,
• Graduate of technical college
• Japanese: Communication Skill 
• English: Communication Skill  

【Preferable】

• Good skills of simulation tools, mechanical, electrical plasma (Ansys, COMSOL)
• Familiar with RF equipment and it's measurement tools
• Expertise on plasma
• Many experiences of IP filing
• An experience residing abroad
• Hold TOEIC score 800 or above
