Responsibilities

• お客様に有益な情報を提供し、問い合わせに答え、クレームやフィードバックに対応することで、お客様をサポートします。
• 強力なフォワーディングと市場知識を活用して、製品、サービス、機能においてお客様の満足度を確保するため、お客様へのフロントラインのサポートを提供します。 

Requirements

必須条件：

• フォワーダーの空輸部門or航空物流企業でのリーダー・マネジメント経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
