Responsibilities

• 光学フィルムに関する設計・評価業務に携わっていただきます。
• 業務を進める上では、先輩社員と協力して新製品・新事業の検討をテーマ探索から製品化まで行って頂きます。
• 技術検討のみならず、設備導入検討や研究段階のマーケティングまで幅広く携わって頂きます。
• 顧客やサプライヤー、社内の関連部門との連携など多くの方と連携頂きながら、業務に取り組んで頂きます。

Requirements

• 賦形技術に関わる設計、開発業務の経験者

• 賦形プロセスを用いた製品開発の経験、知識。賦形用樹脂、設備、評価の経験、知識
• 客先、他社（協力会社）、社内他部門との折衝業務の経験
• 日常会話レベル以上の英語力
