Responsibilities

• 管理施設（戸建、ホテルの宿泊施設）の営繕、修繕業務（業者選定・見積もりの取得・収支管理部門への連携など）
• 保守・管理項目の設定
• 修繕および営繕業務の仕組み作り、体制作り
  • 工事作業は協力業者へ依頼します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ハウスメーカーやアパートメーカーでの施工管理／アフターメンテナンスの経験
• リフォーム会社での営業／施工管理の経験
• 賃貸管理会社、マンション管理会社での技術部門での経験
