Responsibilities

• 「住」と「食」の分野に貢献するスマートインフラ事業部において、既存製品である３次元測量機器製品や自動化施工システム関連製品を活用した顧客要望重視のソリューション提案など、新たな事業戦略やサービスソリューション戦略を立案・推進する業務をお任せします。
• 建設・土木工事業、建築工事業（測量・土木・建築・建設）における現状の現場に於ける課題分析
• 同業界における対象市場、自社、競合分析（３C分析）
• お客様の個別具体的な課題に対して必要なソリューション考案と地域別の業界の課題も視野にスマートインフラ事業部の新戦略の立案と推進
• スマートインフラ事業戦略（新規および既存）を促進する為の他社製品を取り込んだ商品サービス戦略、他社との協業戦略、及びＭ＆Ａ戦略などの立案と推進

Requirements

• 建設・土木工事業及び建築工事業または関連業種での経験者で下記項目の実績のある方を希望。（（1）or（2）and （3））

測量・建設・土木・建築・等の業界において、企画業務、設計・施工管理業務などの実務を経験された方。

上記業界にて、事業戦略立案や事業開発を経験された方。

海外企業との協業案件やＭ＆Ａを経験された方。
