Responsibilities

事業部横断でのマーケティング・インサイドセールスの課題解決、CRM戦略の立案から推進や、全社横断コンテンツの企画など担っていただきます。
業務内容：

• セグメントに適したコミュニケーションの戦略立案
• メールパフォーマンスの効果検証・分析に基づく改善施策の推進
• その他CRM施策の立案、実施
• コンテンツマーケティング
• 全社横断コンテンツ（LP・ホワイトペーパーなど）の制作ディレクション
• 時事やニーズにマッチしたコンテンツ企画 、その他プロモーションの戦略立案

Requirements

必須要件：

• メンバーマネジメント経験（人数問わず、2年以上の経験）
• BtoBのWebマーケティング施策の立案・実行の経験
• 社内外の関係者を巻き込んだプロジェクトをリードした経験
