Responsibilities

手術準備キットの部材受入、保管、組立、包装、出荷作業等で使用する工場設備全般の維持管理、新規導入をお任せします。

• 既存施設、設備の維持管理、保全計画の立案
• 自動化・AI含めた新規施設、設備の検討及び企画立案、導入の実行
• 固定資産管理
• コスト管理                                 
• 設備メーカーとの折衝、調整                                    
• 現場改善（上司と一緒に）                                        
• PCでの資料作成（Power Point/Excel）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 設備保全、導入経験
• PC基本操作:Power Point/Excel/Wordを使い資料作成・分析が行えるレベルのスキル
• チームマネジメント経験
• 改善能力

歓迎条件：

• クリーンルーム/食品工場などの衛生管理がされた場所での作業経験
• 英会話やメールでの海外とのやり取り経験
