Responsibilities

■職務概要：

• 製品の売り切りビジネスからお客様体験向上を実現するデジタルを活用したサービスをグローバルで効率的かつスピード展開を目指し、その共通アーキテクチャ・データ整備などのグローバルコア機能の企画開発とその展開をお任せします。
• 海外含む社内事業部門を中心としたステークホルダーと連携し、顧客体験や製品ライフサイクルデータの利活用整備やデジタルサービスの提案・企画～開発・展開をお任せします。

■職務詳細：

• ビジネス要求の提案や抽出・整理から、システム企画と開発リードと推進管理をお任せします。
• ビジネス部門と密連携を図り、部門を横断した合意形成からダブリ／手戻りの抑制推進お任せします。
• システム開発やプラットフォーム整備・実装をアジャイル開発にてリーディングをお任せします。

■キャリアパス：

• デジタル時代において、旧来のIT部門のようなビジネス要件を受けたシステム開発ではなく、業務部門との協働でビジネス提案のリーディングをお任せします。
• また、グローバルへの展開を視野にした企画～開発業務のため、海外現法との協働が出来、将来の海外駐在でリーディングをお任せする可能性がございます。

 

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 何かしらのシステム企画/開発のご経験　もしくは　営業企画や事業企画などにおけるデジタルサービス企画/開発のご経験
• 業務での英語使用に抵抗のない方（目安：TOEIC(R)650点以上）
