Responsibilities

• 一定期間、労務管理業務に従事した後は、人事領域の業務(人事戦略、施策の立案、海外人事、異動配置(HRBP)、採用、研修企画、海外事務所HR担当等)で活躍し、将来、ラインマネジメント職または人事領域の高度専門職を担える人材になって頂くことを期待します。
• また、ご本人の希望と能力次第では、社内ローテーションとして人事以外のプロジェクト管理部門、販売、経営企画、財務・経理等のコーポ―レート部門への異動もあります。  

Requirements

• 大卒以上
• 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション、英文による契約書等の資料のレビュー・作成の経験を有するレベル
• 人事・労務関連の基礎的な実務知識・労働法知識を有する方
• 事業会社における労務管理を含む人事領域の実務経験者（5年程度）（労務管理経験は必須) ※労務管理業務としては、報酬設計・給与計算・就業・社会保険・退職金/企業年金管理や、その他福利厚生(寮・社宅管理等)に関する業務を指します
• 多様なステークホルダーを巻き込む力がある方
• 協調性があり、チームプレーヤーとして行動できること
• 海外経験（駐在経験だけでなく海外事業所とのやり取り含め）があること
