Responsibilities

• ステアリング機能・性能のメカ課題分析／評価を行い、実設計を担当している海外拠点を巻き込んだマネジメントをお任せします。具体的には、ステアリングのオイル漏れ、ノイズといった課題に対し、原因分析、対策、海外へ設計変更依頼を行います。海外拠点との打合せやメールは全て英語となります。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 英語力（会話ができるレベル）
• ギア設計経験

歓迎条件：

• ステアリング構造知識
