Responsibilities

• グループ全体に対するCSR活動の推進に携わっていただきます。

サプライ―チェン上の社会:

• 環境リスクマネジメント業務
• グループ会社を含むグローバル全体でのCSRリスクの把握と分析、リスク低減のための戦略企画と実行 
• グローバル基準に基づいたCSR監査の実施や支援、調査業務の実行 

グローバルでの人権リスクマネジメント業務:

• グループ全体として適切な人権対応のための戦略策定・施策の実行・進捗管理
• 人権デューデリジェンス関連法等を含む、人権課題に関するグローバルな動向把握と対応
• 人権課題に対するグループ全体の理解向上のためのコミュニケーションの推進と、取り組みに関する外部情報開示 

Requirements

• CSR推進関連業務（CSRだけに限定せず、労務管理、資材管理、経営監査など）の経験をお持ちの方
• 製品・ソリューション、事業プロセスを通じたサステナブルな社会の実現を目指すことに関心のある方
• グローバル各拠点と情報のやりとりのできる方（資料作成・メール・オンライン会議等、英語による業務コミュニケーションが図れること）
