Responsibilities

■業務内容：

• グループである製薬企業含む、人財育成・研修の情報収集・調査・配信  
• グループである製薬企業メンバーや海外拠点メンバー等との連携・協働含む、イベント・ワークショップ・研修の事務局対応　
• 日本語資料/メールから英語資料/メールの作成、英語資料/メールから日本語資料/メール作成　
• グループである製薬企業メンバーや海外拠点メンバー、中外社員等との会議出席・議事メモ作成　
• 受講研修・報告についてのとりまとめ・経費精算対応　
• HP作成（日、英）業務　
• 人事・人財育成関連のEUC業務（IT部門と連携）　
• 海外拠点含めたCV管理
• 臨床機能メンバーの各種アカウント管理　

Requirements

■必須要件：

• 企業での関連業務の経験　（製薬会社や人財育成関連なら尚可）
• 外国籍社員との英語での協働業務
• 英語および日本語でのコミュニケーション能力

6.5 - 11 million yen
