Responsibilities

バイオロジ―基盤技術の確立と応用に向けた研究企画と検証実験の遂行、創薬および技術プロジェクトの立案と推進において、以下の研究を推進する。

• 細胞株や初代培養細胞、iPSC、オルガノイドなどの高次細胞培養、分化技術の開発。
• ゲノム編集技術等を適用した摂動と細胞機能や分化、再生に係る遺伝子発現制御ネットワークの解析と関連技術の確立。
• 社内外のデータベースやナレッジに基づく創薬アイデアの創出とプロジェクトの企画立案。バリデーション実験基盤の整備。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 免疫・炎症、線維化、再生にかかる細胞（初代、幹細胞もしくはオルガノイド等）を用いた研究
• ゲノム編集技術などを用いた遺伝子機能解析のためのアッセイ系構築と各種オミックス解析
• 病態モデル動物の作出と薬効評価および機序解析
• 創薬プロジェクトの提案および推進リード（薬効薬理、等）の経験があれば望ましい

歓迎条件：

• Python, R、等のプログラミングスキル
