Responsibilities
Goal setting and achievement:
  • Formulate annual and long-term growth strategies based on the department’s business and marketing strategies to achieve business targets and KPIs by the support of Sales Planning Manager.
  • Lead/facilitate a digital business team/ projects created with the Digital Planning Executive/ Business Development Executive/ Digital Operation Executive through collaboration with and supervision by Sales Planning Manager.
Supervision and management of the digital planning:
  • Lead to develop strategic plans for B2C sales promotion campaigns, UX and UI improvement, CRM, direct marketing, digital advertising, etc. This can be implemented by managing the team with 2 Digital Planning Executives.
  • Lead to develop B2B digital plans with animal hospital and its veterinarians & vet nurses. This can be implemented by Digital Planning Executive and by collaboration with the VET Demand Creation Team (Marketing & Trade activation, Sales) /by the support of Sales Planning Manager.
  • Develop the plans to maximize pet owner/ pet data collection with the Digital Planning Executive.
  • Run PDCA cycle for VET digital business, leading to provide business development plans and request analysis to related team such as Data Analytics team in Brand & PO unit. Gain insights from the analytics of the daily business and utilize to improve the next action.
  • Develop forecast and manage order/payment operations by close collaboration with internal multifunctions (VET Demand creation team, E2E supply, finance) by the support of Sales Planning Manager.
Negotiation and support:
  • Report the progress of VET digital business to direct manager and Vet director, and also to the global team both in Japanese and English by the support of Sales Planning Manager. Ask help to them for business development and operation through discussions.
  • Support Sales Planning Manager to obtain understanding/cooperation from a business partner/ solodistributor which manages all sales of VET product distribution in Japan.
Other:
  • Collect technical information on digital marketing and improve the quality of marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 year experience in digital marketing or EC/D2C business (experience in multi-national company is preferred)
  • Experience of D2C/EC business planning and operation
-Digital marketing (SEM/SEO/SNS ad/Feed ad)-Experience of managing and directing advertising/creative agency --Experience of UX/UI planning of online platform-Experience of data analytics/report (GA/Power BI) and consumer research-Experience of direct marketing (e-mail)
  • Experience of project management with multiple stakeholders
  • Preferred to have the experience of new product launch with holistic marketing campaign
  • Business English TOEIC 800+ (need frequent communication in English with Campus and APAC region
  • Native Japanese /Business level
