• 点検、修理作業
• 点検・修理時の文章作成
• 売上目標の達成
• トラブル・品質問題への顧客対応
• 最新のワークインストラクション
• 顧客情報など企業情報を公開しないことを保障する。
• 支出をコントロールし予算ガイドライン内で正しく使う。
• 改善活動
• その他関連業務

Requirements

• 下記に記載する内容や意味が分かること
  • 製品出荷準備作業で機器への配線し、設定・調整を行います。
  • ガス検知器の主な仕様は、DC24V / 4-20mAです。
  • 制御盤の設定作業を行います。
  • サンプリングボックスの製作を行います。(ボックス内配線なし）
• 3年以上の機器サービスの経験
  • 計装機器のサービス経験であれば尚可
• トレーニング受講、マニュアル読解、メール発信を行う程度の英語力。Eメール、取説、トレーニング等で英語を使用します。
• 顧客対応経験者
• 普通自動車運転免許
• Word/Excel等の基本的なPCスキル
