Responsibilities

• 連結決算実務経験（連結PL, BS, キャシュー・フローの作成、資本連結、内部取引消去、連結税効果、等)
• 連結システム（DIVA）操作と関連業務（ 連結パッケージの計画・作成、連結データ検証・ユーザートレーニング・本番導入実務等）
• 連結決算体制構築業務（グループ会計規定準備、業務フロー作成、グループへの決算説明やグループ会社モニタリング及び経理指導）
• 連結監査計画業務（監査計画の策定やSEG内調整業務）
• 連結内部統制体制構築業務（グループ内部統制の国内外体制の構築業務）
• 連結開示体制構築（外部ディスクロージャーと連携し開示要件及びシステムの導入）
• IFRS導入検討（財務会計及び管理会計へのIFRS導入の検討）
• 上記に準ずるその他資料作業務など

Requirements

• 公認会計士、公認会計士補またはそれに準ずる連結決算業務経験をお持ちの方
• 連結決算業務を主体的に統括リードされた経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力

歓迎経験

• 会計・システム系の資格
• JSOX導入または左記コンサルティングの経験
• 連結決算体制構築やIFRS導入に経験がある方
• 連結システム導入の経験がある方（特にDIVAシステム）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
