- Responsibilities

1. Legacy systems support for Warehousing & Intra Logistic domain
- Provide second level support for the existing systems, such as P5J (one kind of R/3 template in the company) or GRIPS (another kind of R/3 template in the company) SAP templates.
- Understand regional and local aspects that must be reflected in SAP and ensure their implementation together with the global governance organization.
- Establish a training program and provide training to local key users and to end-users.
2. MORE (the company's customized S/4 HANA template) Implementation and Support for Warehousing & Intra Logistic domain- Provide second level support for SAP MORE.
- Support the implementation and deployment of the new MORE template as regional process expert, cooperate with IT to rollout MORE template in specific plants/companies.
- Support the necessary change management for the implementation of the new MORE template within Asia (without India).
- Support the deployment teams of the new MORE template by providing functional guidance for Asia (without India) specifics.
- Understand regional and local aspects that must be reflected in SAP and ensure their implementation together with the global governance organization.
- Establish a training program and provide training to local key users and to end-users.
3. SAP Optimizations- Support the continuous improvement of the template systems and processes, e.g. by including new digitalization solutions and market trends. This includes the validation of regional change requests, the organization and coordination of regional integration tests and the implementation of system improvements across domains regionally. The regional leads will have a close interaction with the SAP Governance team.

4. Operative Performance of processes within the region- Controlling of standardization level and operational SAP KPIs. Define and implement necessary measures for performance improvement. Support the plants in improvement projects.
5. Cross-divisional interfaces for all logistics processes- Interfaces Governance: all other MORE Domains, digitalization team
- Interfaces Regions: operative functions (production, maintenance, purchasing, controlling, finance, IT, quality) in all plants within Asia (without India) for all BUs.
- Requirements

- University Bachelor degree or above
- Excellent knowledge of SAP module EWM or WM is mandatory
- 3 years+ in logistic using SAP experiences is mandatory
- Experience in automotive is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of detailed automotive specific processes
- Involved in ERP/SAP implementations, preferably in template rollouts
