Responsibilities

Procurement Management:

• Contract Administration: Prepare and negotiate contract for execution and administrate the changes.

Cost Management:

• Prepare the project budget based on the agreed amount and items by all relevant parties.
• Prepare the cash flow projection based on the Project Budget and the contracts monthly.
• Process the monthly payment based on the contracts and Project Budget.
• Monitor the Project Budget regularly and report to the supervisor any potential cost over-run.
• Review and update the Project Budget with the Project Leader monthly.

Payment Management:

• Collect and verify invoices
• Support invoice payment process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in Project Management, Construction Management, Site Administration in GC（工事会社の現場事務）, Site Supervision in Architect Office (工事監理業務)

6 - 10 million yen
