Company overview

We are a Japan-based startup engaged in the space-related business. Our main business is providing solutions utilizing small satellite technology, and we also have a wide range of operations including satellite design, manufacturing, launch, and operation. By deploying satellite solutions necessary for conducting business in space, we aim to build new social infrastructure and ecosystems. We are an extremely unique organization globally in the sense that we can seamlessly handle everything from satellite development to launch and data utilization in-house.

Responsibilities

• 新事業の発展に向けた新規事業の開発、企画立案、実行
• 新事業関連プロダクトの設計
• 事業計画/戦略の策定
• 社内外プロジェクトマネジメント
• 新規アライアンス企業開拓及び業務提携
• 営業マネジメントプロセス開発、改善
• PMO業務

Requirements

• コンサルティング会社においてコンサルタントとして2年以上の経験または、事業会社において2年以上の新規事業立ち上げに関わる企画立案・戦略構築・推進の経験
• 英語での社内外のステークホルダーとの業務経験
• データを用いた課題発見・意思決定ができる
• ソフトウェアエンジニアなどと職種横断で協業できる高いコミュニケーションスキルを有している
• 業務遂行・目標達成のため、得意領域以外のドメイン知識獲得を貪欲に行える
