Responsibilities

• 取締役会・株主総会などの運営
• コーポレートガバナンス整備、対応、統制
• 国内グループ会社や海外株主との協議、とりまとめ業務
• 規程策定・運用・変更などの対応
• 内部統制の推進

 

Requirements

• 上場企業でのコーポレートガバナンス業務経験
• 会議体運営、ガバナンス規程の整備・改定、グループ会社管理
• 海外子会社管理

7 - 12 million yen
