Responsibilities

• 事業成長のためのマーケティング施策の企画立案・実行・結果分析・継続進化までのPDCAの主体的な推進
• BIツールやアクセス解析ツールを用いた各種データ分析・示唆の提案
• グループ内の他事業とのコラボレーション企画や外部パートナーとの共同企画の立案・推進
• ビジネスKPIマネジメントの実施

Requirements

必須条件：

• オンラインマーケティングにおける2～3年程度の実務経験
• オンラインキャンペーン企画・運用経験
• 分析ツールを用いたデータ分析経験（GoogleAnalyticsやBIツールなど）
• データ分析のためのMicrosoft Excelスキル（vlookup、countifなどの関数やピボット集計等を用いた作業実務経験）
• 日常会話レベルの英語スキル

歓迎条件：

• SNSアカウント運用経験、デジタル広告／SNS広告経験
• プロジェクトまたはチームを推進した経験
