Responsibilities

• Webマーケティング戦略の企画／実施／分析：新規加入者数の増加に向けた施策を立案し、効果を分析する
• アフィリエイトプログラムの活用と管理：アフィリエイト広告やリンクの選定、報酬計算などを担当する
• SEO対策の実施：キーワード選定、コンテンツ最適化、外部リンク集めなどを行い、上位表示を目指す
• デジタル広告の運用と効果測定：SEMやSNS広告などの運用を行い、効果を測定し最適化する
• ウェブサイト改善とコンテンツ戦略：ウェブサイトの改善提案とコンテンツ戦略の立案を行い、ユーザーエクスペリエンスを向上させる
• 競合他社の市場動向の調査と分析：市場トレンドや競合他社の動向を把握し、施策に反映させる

Requirements

■必須条件：

• Web解析ツール（Google Analyticsなど）の経験
• SEO対策やデジタル広告（SEM、SNS、アフィリエイト広告）の運用経験
• 少人数の組織のマネジメント、リーダー経験

■歓迎条件：

• ビジネス英語（実務での使用経験）
• 通信業界でのご経験
