• 契約書作成・審査・交渉サポート
• 社内法律相談対応
• ガバナンス対応
• 労務等コーポレート関連法務サポート

Requirements

必須要件：

• 企業法務経験7年～
• 民商法、会社法、労働法、個人情報保護法など企業法務として必要となる法律における実務経験
• その他競争法や独禁法関連の知見、実務経験
• 英語力
• コミュニケーション能力

歓迎要件：

• 弁護士資格（尚可）
