Responsibilities

• 海外を含む同社グループ全体の主に間接材の調達・購買に関する横串横断戦略策定と推進、調達基盤体制構築に携わって頂きます。
• 調達品目・サプライヤ・市場に関する調査/分析
• 調達品目別のあるべき姿を描いた上での、グローバル調達戦略の立案及び事業部門（製造・設計開発・調達）と連携したコスト改善活動の推進
• 共通サプライヤ・調達品目の横串活動(拠点/部門をまたいだ施策展開)
• グループ内グローバル調達ネットワークの構築及びシナジー最大化によるコスト改善
• グローバル集中購買体制の構築
• 戦略サプライヤとの関係構築、優良サプライヤー群の構築
• 新規サプライヤの探索・開拓

Requirements

• 間接材の調達戦略立案・調達企画の経験
• 海外調達・海外拠点との業務経験
• データ分析・資料作成スキル（エクセル・パワーポイントのスキル必須）
• 物事に積極的であること
• チームプレイができること
• 改革に前向きであり、現状否定から論理をスタートするような想い・考えを持っている方
• リーダ経験を有する方
• 専門学校卒以上
• TOEIC600点以上を必須 *メール【常にある】/資料・文書読解【常にある】/電話会議・商談【常にある】/駐在【ある】

• 調達関連の仕組構築経験
• 調達情報管理経験がある方
• CSR調達に関する知識がある方
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験がある方
• BPO体制の構築経験がある方
• 移転価格税制に関する知識がある方（グローバルでの部品相互共有のスキーム構築の経験がある方）
• SAP/Hana・その他ERP、SAP/Ariba導入経験
• 変革を推進できるコミュニケーション能力
