Company overview

We are a Japanese power tool manufacturer and a leading company in the industry. Our products are particularly excellent in the fields of high-speed rotation, electronic control, and precision machining, and our technological capabilities are recognized as world-class. We were once part of a major corporate group, but we became independent in 2017 and were acquired by an American investment company. Our main business is the manufacturing of power tools, but we also had a period when we manufactured life science equipment, demonstrating our solid technological expertise. Currently, we have transferred this life science equipment division to a German company and have solidified our commitment to focusing on the power tool business.

Responsibilities

• 受注生産から見込み生産への転換や、受注納品リードタイム短縮、SCM業務変革に伴うシステム再構築等、同時並行で様々なプロジェクトが動いています。
• 上記SCMの中長期戦略計画の策定（修正）、実行のプロジェクトマネジメント。サプライチェーン関連の予算策定と投資計画策定等を担って頂きます。
• 日本及び海外の多くの部門を超えたチームと協力して、グローバルでの最適なサプライチェーン戦略の構築に取り組めるやり甲斐のある環境です。

Requirements

• グローバルに展開する製造業でのSCM、S&OP、PSI関連の知識および企画やプロジェクトマネジメント経験者。
• ビジネスレベルの英語力。※スコアより実践力を重視。※最終面接は英語面接となります。
• メンバーマネジメント、または育成のご経験。

• 工具、または家電製品など組立量産製品の知見
