Responsibilities

抗がん剤の開発プロジェクトへの参画もしくは上市後間もない抗がん剤を担当し、以下の安全対策業務に従事する。

• 副作用・有害事象症例の安全性評価と臨床試験における安全対策の検討
• RMP（医薬品リスク管理計画）等の安全対策の立案・実施
• 安全対策に関する当局との交渉（承認申請時の対応含む）
• 重大な副作用発生時におけるKOL（Key Opinion Leader）や使用医師等との専門性に基づく円滑なコミュニケーション
• 治験時のベネフィットとリスクバランスの評価および安全確保措置の立案・推進
• 医療機関からの問い合わせに対する対応

Requirements

必須条件：

• 国内外を問わず臨床経験が一定期間以上ある
• 企業文化を理解し、企業の組織人として従事することに抵抗がない（真摯さ、誠実さ，チームプレーの経験，適切なリーダーシップ）

• 癌領域の専門性や経験
• 同業他社の安全性部門での業務経験
• 医薬品の開発経験、臨床試験への参加経験
• 認定医
