Responsibilities

基本的にはビジネスサイドの課題やニーズに応じてプロジェクトベースでの業務のアサインを想定しています。当社のグローバル人事化に向けて、一から制度作り上げられる経験をすることが出来ます。 業務内容： 

• 制度企画
  • 経営課題や社員からの意見を踏まえて最適な解決策を検討します。
  • 課題の抽出、解決案の策定、経営への提案、規程の見直し等。
• 人事データ分析
  • 新しく導入した人事システム（Workday）に蓄積されるデータを分析および課題抽出、今後の改善策の提案・実行。
• 調査・資料作成
  • 人事役員からの指示に応じてリサーチ、資料作成、経営層への企画提案等。
• ダイバーシティおよび働き方改革
  • 社員のパフォーマンスを最大限発揮できる環境整備、またマーケットにおいて高い競争力をつけるための各種働き方に関するプランニング。
• タレントマネジメント
  • 80か所近い海外拠点と本社を繋ぎ、グローバルで人材を適材適所に配置させる仕組みづくりと制度設計、組織開発等。
  • また、国内の各部門の事業戦略を見据えた人事課題の分析、施策立案、実行に携わっていただきます。

※ご担当いただく業務は、面接の中でご希望も伺いながら、スキル等勘案して決定します。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 大学卒業以上
• 事業会社での人事経験もしくは人事系領域におけるコンサルティング経験5年以上
• 英語はビジネス会話レベル以上（TOEIC800点以上）
• エクセルや統計を利用したデータ解析経験等
