Our client is a leading brand with a long tradition as manufacturer, marketer and retailer of premium jewelry, accessories, decorative objects, and related luxury items.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure an optimized stock distribution in Japan to meet business objectives and fulfil our 3rd Party Online customer needs for large Japanese accounts 
  • Maximize stock coverage, return flows and replenishment strategies for each market (stock optimization) in strong collaboration with Online Demand Planning and Online Merchandising
  • Monitor product sales and return performance as well as overall trends
  • Responsible for order to cash (OTC) and inventory management across Japan
  • Support and fulfill 3rd Party Online requests related to logistics operations in close collaboration with other departments
  • Support project & process integration for 3rd Party Online adaptations or other business requirements in regard to Business Support workflows
  • Support eCommerce Manager Japan, be an active sparring partner

Requirements
  • University Degree
  • YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE OVERALL: 3-5 years Professional Level
  • YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE:   3-5 years Professional Level
  • Ability to learn new technical applications and tools quickly
  • SAP knowhow
  • Experience in eCommerce logistics
  • Strong understanding of Merchandising and Product trends
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workflow across teams and departments, consistently meeting deadlines, through prioritization and time management, and motivating others to do the same
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence others
  • Stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in cooperation with 3rd Party Online eCommerce platforms (preferably amazon), including marketplaces
