Our client is a global cosmetics and beauty product manufacturer that operates a wide range of businesses both domestically and internationally. Main responsbilities:
  • Strengthen brand image. Define and Enhance the Brand Social presence in accordance with the Brand’s image
  • Identify and determine brand strategy for emerging platforms, lead activation on new platforms
  • Create global strategy for social media campaigns across new and existing social media platforms in collaboration with cross-functional teams (IMC) based on customer-centric social media analytical data 
  • Keep up to date on social media trends and best practices educating internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Partner with Int. Comms Director to strategize and project manage new initiatives for AI + Metaverse.
  • Pushing the boundaries of creativity to increase buzz and awareness with new audiences in line with brand strategy while constantly reflecting on the KPI to achieve success
  • Manage global community & advocacy manager to oversee:
    • Global channel management
    • Channel reporting & analytics
    • External makeup artists and influencer seeding
    • IMC social media roll out and storytelling
  • Build and implement a 360° social media KOL strategy and activation (AO + IMC) that is innovative and trendy, while in line with the business strategy and the group communication strategy
  • Develop global directive for local markets as needed (new channel, activations, and/or community management guidelines)
  • Leverage Traackr to monitor influencer campaign trend, spend and ROI
  • Leverage Sprinklr to oversee channel management and community management
  • Contribute to the organization of specific communication meetings (Quarterly CM meetings) with zone/countries
  • Support Int. Comms Director to prepare for global zone and executive management meetings
  • Partner with Int Comms Manager for consistent brand comms and activation synergy 
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience working with influencers and familiarity of the digital/social ecosystem
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills (ENGLISH a must – Japanese NOT necessary)
  • Ability to design and effectively communicate/present with PPT
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage complexity within a fast-paced environment
  • Inter-personal and cross-functional collaboration skills and experiences
  • Ability to be solution-oriented and proactive
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Creativity fueled by trends and the industry

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working in beauty industry or in global setting or in international company
  • Good understanding of China-specific or Japan social ecosystem
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or PR
