Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• General app/web design
• Research (ethnography, usability testing, simple data analysis, etc.)
• Each user including administrators, teachers, and learners Experience design and verification
• Determine requirements with engineers and design
• UI Tools used:
  • Figma
  • Illustrator
  • Photoshop
  • Slack

Requirements

必須要件：

• ユーザー調査から課題特定、施策立案、デザインまで一貫して担える
• アプリ、WEBデザインを主体的に担える
• リードデザイナーとして2-3人のデザイナーチームと働いた経験がある
• 開発やビジネスメンバーと連携し、プロダクトの重要な課題を解決に導いた経験がある
