Company overview

Our client is a startup specializing in the development of online video slot games and is a subsidiary of a major pachinko manufacturer's group. It operates internationally and serves as a game provider in the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and specifications of upcoming entertainment projects
• Propose mechanics and features that you would like in our field of games
• Help oversee the production progress to ensure that milestones are met throughout the development cycle

業務内容：

• インターアクティブ用なゲームの仕様面の全体設計
• ゲーム内で遊ばせたい仕組みを、企画と数値イメージの両面から提案
• プロジェクト全体の進行管理
• プロジェクトによっては海外スタッフと協力し、業務を進行

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a game planner or as a designer for an interactive technology project
• Experience as a project leader and in production progression                        
• Effective communication skills to coordinate the entire development site by acting as a liaison between the manager and the development site                                           
• Self-motivated and responsible with the ability to multi-task and complete good results on time
• Interest in interactive meda from the perspective of both developers and players

        
必須要件：

• ２年以上のゲーム企画の出玉設計としての実務経験
• プロジェクトリーダー、および制作進行業務の経験        
• マネージャーと開発現場の間を取り持ち、開発現場全体をまとめるチームワーク力        
• 優れた対人能力及びコミュニケーションスキル        
• マルチタスクを実行し、高品質の成果物を時間どおりに完成できる、自発的で責任感のある人        
• 開発者及びプレイヤー、両方の観点からのゲームに対する関心がある人
