Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
• Create product specifications, user stories, and other documentation to guide custom development
• Evaluating new technologies and tools to determine feasibility of products for enterprise rollout
• Developing and maintaining their technology architecture, ensuring that it is scalable, secure, and meets the needs of the business
• Overseeing the development, implementation process, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality
• Managing product releases and updates, including communication to the stakeholders
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to other members of the product and architecture teams
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policies, procedures, training and team member involvement activities
• Perform other duties as assigned
