Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 当グループ事業の需給管理をS&OP/PSIに基づくプロセスに改革します
• PSI、S&OPの実施のための仕組みの構築と立上げ
• 立ち上げた仕組みを自ら駆使してデータ分析の実施し、事業部門、生産部門に対して提案、意思決定を支援
• 構築したプロセス適合のための関係者トレーニング
• IT基盤構築

Requirements

必須要件：

• ３年以上のS&OP/PSI業務の実務経験
• S&OP/PSI業務の標準的な知識・経験
• S&OP関連ツールの使用経験
• データ分析スキル（SQL、tableau、他 BIツール）
• コミュニケーションスキル
• 積極性・自主性が強く、粘り強い性格

歓迎要件：

• データ分析スキル（EXCEL MOSエキスパート（上級）レベル相当）
• プログラムスキル（Python、など、何らかの言語が使える）
