Our client is a well known international public retail holding company based in Japan.

Responsibilities

As the UI/UX designer of mobile app development, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
Main responsibilities:

• Manage a project to reach an agreement with stakeholders and internal teams for new design proposals.
• Define business and development requirements
• Analyze designs based on qualitative research working with UX Researcher, and quantitative research using Google Analytics
• Build UI/UX designs based on the company's UI/UX principles, working alongside other design team members
• Communicate with development teams for design handoff and manage partner vendors
• Create a design guideline for global regions and support their operations

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Design experience in Japanese and English
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Mac
• Knowledge of mobile design such as iOS and Android

Preferred qualifications:

• Google Analytics, mobile development, programming experience
• Various UX/UI development experience and responsive web design experience such as wireframes, mockups, prototypes
