Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Manage a content marketing strategy, utilizing content tailored to the Japanese market/version of the app
• Quality control of content and channels on which content is posted
• Plan to improve user satisfaction and execute plans
• Improve operational processes and tools by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
• Operator training, support and management
• Flexible vendor management for business expansion

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital media, journalism or related fields
• Experience in building a business flow and operation model for services that handle content
• Experience in monitoring and operating a wide variety of content
• Part-time training, support, and management experience
• Japanese level: native / fluent
• English level: fluent
