Our client is a domestic healthcare company actively tackling the societal challenges posed by Japan's aging population through its multi-dimentional business. While its main business lies in recruitment services of healthcare / caregiving professionals, the company also provides a wide range of products and services including consulting, and the development of health management systems.

Responsibilities

• ユーザーやビジネスサイドの要望のヒアリングや解決すべき課題の選定
• ISSUEを中心としたプロダクト開発
• データモデルの設計
• 事業成長を元にしたサービス設計、開発、開発環境の改善 

Requirements

• オブジェクト指向プログラミング言語(Java,Ruby,PHP,Python等)での開発経験。もしくはそれに相当する能力
•  RDBMS でのテーブル設計経験
•  開発プロセス(アジャイル等)・環境改善(CIやユニットテスト等)、インフラ(AWS、Docker等)、設計手法(DDD、TDD、デザインパターン)等のコーディング以外でどれか一つでも強みのある方もしくは興味関心が高い方

歓迎スキル

• チームリーダーとして働いた経験
• 企画を一緒に考えながらサービス開発をした経験
• インターネットサービスの開発経験
• アジャイル開発の実務経験
• ユニットテストや CI を使った開発の経験
• Docker や AWS、GCP などアプリケーションより下のレイヤの経験
