Requirements

• Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure/Digital, including network architecture, data management, and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with medical devices, their functionalities, and their integration into healthcare environments.
• Project management skills with the ability to lead and execute complex implementation projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to analyze complex situations to provide effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to medical devices and data security (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is desirable.
• Business level Japanese and Business English skill
• Strategic and logical thinking
• Hand-on approach style
